LS series single-shaft lightweight shredding machine is designed for Demark plastic products with small volume and small wall thickness. This series of shredding machine has tangential feed, no hydraulic feed system. The outer bearing and the E type smooth rotor, the rotor width is 600mm and 800mm, driven by the reducer. The rotor knife is fixed on the rotor by moving the tool holder. The rotor cutter is a square cutter with a groove in the middle. The four corners of the rotor knife can be used interchangeably, and each knife can be used 4 times in a row. The ultra-low speed of 60rpm combined with the compact design of the shredding machine itself makes the shredding more quiet.
